Carrie Knight, the founder of FORM Consulting, has been in the commercial design industry since 2008. Her experience working on a variety of projects from small interior upgrades to $12+ million complexes has created a deep understanding of project needs. As a partner in a commercial architectural firm, she shaped her desire to simplify the design process, allowing clients to direct funding towards construction and keep focus on their business.

During her career, she has served all facets of commercial and industrial clients - from small business owners, facilities departments, capitol projects project managers, program managers, real estate managers, to state/municipal facilities departments. Each entity has had its unique systems and processes, but she has found overreaching success by following two simple rules, hear what is being said and keep it simple.
